Mission Statement

Our mission is to foster patriotic enthusiasm in the USA; to encourage exhibition of faith in God and country and their institutions; and to sponsor an annual Veteran's Day Ceremony.

History of NBCSA

The Northwest Brazoria County Servicemen's Association (NBCSA) is comprised of local citizens that wish to give back to our community.  The organization was organized in 1998 as an ad-hoc group of Vietnam veterans and local landowners -- the Rayford Williams Family.  The purpose was to organize and conduct a Veteran's Day Ceremony annually.  NBCSA is located in the Sandy Point/Rosharon area, which is a very patriotic area, notably most males of this generation served in and/or during the Vietnam era.

It was decided to apply for nonprofit status in order to raise funds to increase the programs we are able to provide to veterans and our community and we were granted 501(c)3 nonprofit status on April 30, 2018.

Goals

  • Support a homeless veteran program.
